1. How to order
Please click on mail order tag on item page. We will check stock in your size and advise a delivery time.

2. How to pay.
We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Meastro or Solo. We take credit card details by phone only for your security so you can be sure your details are not intercepted or used by third parties.

3. Return of faulty items.
Please return any faulty item as soon as possible for full refund as per Sale of Goods Act (fit for purpose etc). Please contact us by email or phone to explain fault. We are here to help.

4. Return of items.
For correctly supplied items we do not offer return postage. If not required items must be returned within 7 days of receipt with all labels attached and in as supplied condition. Upon receipt we will then refund your card for the item cost. We recommend insured postage for return of expensive items.
